IEPS currently expects that in the order of 25 to 29 months will be required, once internal approval to proceed is received, to advance the project through design, construction, commissioning and into operations.

Under the current schedule, IEPS anticipates that 9 months will be required to complete the preliminary design, acquire the necessary land and rights of way, complete the initial stakeholder engagement process, and finish the filings for regulatory review. The receipt of the required regulatory approvals is expected to require an additional 6 months.

Once all approvals are received, contractual arrangements completed and the Final Investment Decision (FID) has been made, a further 12 months will be required to order and receive the modularized equipment, to complete construction of the plant site and the associated power, water and gas interconnections, and to complete commissioning.
