Schedule

IEPS currently expects that approximately 24 to 27 months will be required to advance each standardized LCI hydrogen plant through design, construction, commissioning and into operations.

For planning purposes it has been assumed that approximately 10 months will initially be required to reach Final Investment Decision (FID) for each new facility. This time period will include the time required to: 1) identify and acquire the plant site, 2) engage with local stakeholders, 3) complete Front End Engineering and Design (preliminary design), 4) complete the filings for regulatory review and 5) receive the required approvals.

Post FID approximately 14 to 17 months is expected to be required to: 1) prepare the site, 2) procure and receive major equipment, 3) complete plant construction, including hydrogen storage and cooling systems, 4) complete the electrical interconnection, 5) commission the plant and 6) begin commercial operations.
